Job description

Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive/ Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the successful launch of new build property development across the UK, and to manage the delivery of the acquisitions marketing plan. The successful candidate will be meticulous, creative and organised and have experience of planning and coordinating communications for multiple projects and brands. Experience of working within the property sector with both a marketing and PR focus will be an advantage but not essential.

Implementing tactical marketing plans to support the successful launch of approximately 80 new build flat schemes
Working with the head of marketing to determine prepare and deliver communications schedules including press releases, open day invites, local property press advertising, local target market engagement strategies, social media and website content.
Liaising with designers, printers, partners, internal stakeholders, agencies and local and regional press to deliver engaging, targeted advertising material and published editorial content resulting in measurable enquiries.
Ensuring newly acquired companies receive marketing support during each brand integration project.
Production and distribution of a quarterly new build newsletter.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key staff to support the successful implementation of each new build or acquisition project.
Supporting the marketing team with central marketing activities as required

- A seasoned marketing professional with experience spanning the full marketing mix including brand and PR management.
- Excellent time management skills with experience of setting and working within deadlines.
- Experience of working within the property sector would be an advantage.
- A creative and innovative communication specialist with an understanding of creating a range of communication tools to target and engage different audiences.
- Experience of using multi-channel marketing to target customers.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Very high standard of written articulation required.
- Confident in travelling with access to own transport or good rail networks to attend meetings.
- The role will also require overnight stays on occasions.

Salary: - 32,000
