JOB TITLE: Telesales Executive

SALARY: Salary 17,250 per annum bonus regular sales incentives

Monthly Bonus scheme
Regular sales incentives
Full ongoing training and support
5 Weeks Holiday

WORKING HOURS: Full time: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.

THE COMPANY: Our client based in Exeter are media experts who are changing the face of regional media. They have trusted brands online, in print, and on tablet and mobile. Due to the success of the business our client is now looking for an additional Telesales Executives to join their team.

THE ROLE: The Telesales Executive position, based in Exeter, is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, organised and highly self-motivated individual to work in a fun and friendly environment where hard work is acknowledged and rewarded. You will be responsible for selling both print and online products to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities for the Telesales Executive to include:-
Using your communication skills to build relationships with small and midmarket local businesses you will:
- Offer valuable advice to make yourself an extension of their marketing department.
- Discuss advertising opportunities via the telephone with many local businesses
- Develop a clear understanding of your local market and the great products we offer.
- Create advertising solutions that truly fit their needs you must be a real listener; confidence and the drive to hit your monthly targets will be key to your success.

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Telesales Executive will come from a telesales or sales background and be eager to make outbound sales calls dealing efficiently with the needs of customers. You should be eager to achieve targets set and work as part of a team. An understanding of the digital market is desirable. The ability to build relationships and offer excellent customer service is essential.
