Job title: Key Account Support Team Leader

Salary: Up to 24,000 company bonus OTE 2,000 per year

Location: Buckingham

Working hours: Permanent, Full-time. 38 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Support Team Leader to join their "family" in Buckingham. You will be providing a first class customer experience to clients, through direct management of customer enquiries and supporting the team to deliver the same high service levels.



Key duties as Key Account Support Team Leader to include:
- Assist key account support Manager in the effective day to day running of the key account support team, offering first line support to the key account support Executives and first level escalation support for internal and external clients
- Managing the daily administrative activities for the team, including allocating of incoming emails to the key account support executives, daily reports, systems management, accurate set up of new customers/sites in the systems.
- Dealing with incoming service requests/enquiries and failures via telephone and email
- Liaising with the service delivery partners to ensure clients requests are managed and resolved within the agreed SLA's
- Accurately record all incoming events on the CRM system as well as ensuring the service information and prices are up to date.
- Monitor and provide weekly reports on the performance of the team.


The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a team leader/supervisory role and be comfortable working in a fast paced service delivery environment. To be successful in this Team Leader position you will be used to working to deadlines and dealing with customer escalations. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong IT skills. You will also be proactive, organised, flexible and approachable.
