JOB TITLE: Quality Manager
SALARY: Depending on experience and skill set
BENEFITS: PensionScheme/ Free on-site parking
WORKING HOURS: Full time - Monday to Friday

THE COMPANY: We are delighted to be working with our client, a well established furniture manufacturer based in the Kingswindford. They offer high quality furniture to an impressive range of clients. Offering a professional and friendly working environment, we are now seeking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager to help take the business to the next level.

THE ROLE: As a Quality Manager you will liaise directly with the Customer base and production to improve the overall quality and service to our customers. You will be required to ensure the overall high quality standard of the business within a timely manager. The Quality Manager will implement better practices within the quality department to reduce customer complaints and internal quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the highest quality of products
- Liaising with internal departments for the continuations production quality
- Supply analyse data reports to manufactures
- Liaise with customers to assets and resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with UK standards
- Maintaining and updating current quality procedures
- Health and Safety compliance
- Carry out technical audits
- Produce training for quality employees and customer services

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for this Quality Manager position will have a proven track record within a production environment and hold exposure within the retail sector. Having excellent communication skills as well as computer literacy is essential as you will be expected to oversee the QC team and liaising with the directors regularly.

Strong technical knowledge of upholstery will be important within this role to ensure the quality element of the business is maintained.

Key experience essential for the role:
- Proven track record with production
- A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- To be from a manufacturing background
- Experience within the retail sector
- Experience within a similar role would be desirable
- Excellent communicate skills
- Strong technical knowledge of upholstery
- Able to commute to Kingswindford
