Customer Service Advisor

The role

To act as the first point of contact for WorldPay eCommerce customers, providing telephony and email support on a wide range of products and services in a timely and professional manner. This role is a great career move as there is an opportunity for this position turn into perm role.

Key account abilities:

*To continually look for ways of improving our customer's experience or efficiency of the operation

*To provide accurate advice, information and solutions to both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner

*To achieve and exceed agreed targets for quality and quantity when handling inbound telephone calls and emails.

*To log all complaints inline with WorldPay's complaints procedure and resolve the majority as the customers' first point of contact

*To identify additional products/services which will assist the customer with their needs and discuss any applicable charges

*To escalate potential risks and fraud as appropriate.

Skills and Experience

-Previous experience of working in a Customer Service role, either telephony or face-2-face

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Flexibility with your time and able to commit to evening and weekend work

-Team player with experience of working towards targets/deadlines

-Good IT skills, able to use MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and Outlook) and Internet Explorer

-Ability to work under pressure
