Business Development Executive (UK and I)

Based in Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7YD

28 - 32k DOE (32 - 38k OTE - Uncapped)

We are seeking a talented and confident Business Development Executive with a firm grasp of B2B sales and marketing disciplines, to join our International Operations team in delivering high-yield market development campaigns throughout the UK and Ireland.

Founded in 2006, Whitelight designs and delivers integrated direct and digital marketing and business development campaigns for Software, Technology and Services based organisations around the world. The company has grown to become a highly-respected B2B Marketing agency, earning wide acclaim for its well-assembled and consistently top-performing campaigns.

Experienced candidates from diverse sales backgrounds are invited, as due to continued year-on year growth Whitelight's client campaigns are targeted across a wide range of industry and commercial sectors. Positions are open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

The Opportunity in joining our team as a Business Development Executive you will play an integral role in assembling and implementing multichannel campaigns across the UK&I and English-speaking regions of EMEA. With a primary focus on generating 'sales ready' new business prospects you will additionally be involved in:

Assembling marketing communications collateral;
Production of sales-ready messaging content;
Conducting telephone prospecting and customer contact activity;
Nurture and developing leads across multiple campaigns;
Developing sales funnel and 'opportunity' pipelines;
Working to assigned KPI's and against quota and objectives;
On-and-offline Marketing and Social Media activity.With on-going training this opening provides an exceptional opportunity to progress personally and professionally in an exciting and dynamic company.To Qualify you must be ambitious and hard-working, with a minimum of 2 years consistent experience gained within enterprise-level B2B sales, marketing communications or other customer facing role. You also demonstrate:
First-rate solutions and/or services sales ability;
Excellent communications skills (written and oral);
Instinctively competitive with a "can-do" attitude;
Engaging social and interpersonal skills;
You are 'tech savvy' and possess good IT skills;
Highly organised and methodical, with a strong work-ethic;
Educated to degree level or equivalent;
