LOCATION: Scarborough, North Yorkshire

JOB TITLE: Retail sales/Vaping Consultant

SALARY and BENEFITS: Competitive Salary Bonus scheme Discount scheme full training

WORKING HOURS: Part time, Permanent -2/3 days per week, may include weekend days

They are proud to support British made and all of their e-juices are made in the UK ensuring they are of the highest quality and amongst the safest on the market.

They are looking to recruit vibrant individuals as Retail Sales Consultants for their outlet in Scarborough, North Yorkshire

THE ROLE and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail sales/Vaping Consultant - Scarborough, North Yorkshire

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers are number one at all times

Identify customer opportunities, confidently offer product knowledge and advice and create solutions

Actively identifying upsell opportunities to the customer by utilising the features, benefits and unique selling points of our products

Strive to exceed sales targets and communicate ideas to maximise all sales opportunities

To be a supportive team-worker and to be equally confident working independently

Acting as an ambassador at all times, for the vaping Brand

THE CANDIDATE:- Retail sales/Vaping Consultant - Scarborough, North Yorkshire

Retail/Sales/customer facing experience essential

Excellent communication, selling and people skills - always ready to go the extra mile for customers, both existing and new

IT literate, efficient reporting and good numerical skills with cash-handling/ till usage experience

Previous experience in sales in a retail environment, preferably in a consultative role to enable you to guide and support customers on the start and through their vaping journey

A passion to build customer relations and increase your product knowledge

Market awareness with a knowledge of competitors and their products and promotions
