Job description

LOCATION: Isleworth Middx

JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager

SALARY and BENEFITS: 18,000 - 20,000 excellent bonus scheme, pension and childcare vouchers

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 09.00-17.30

THE COMPANY: Our client is the largest supplier of janitorial and cleaning products in the UK. They are a FTSE 100 company which successfully operates in 26 countries throughout the world.

THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for proactive, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join a successful and growing team as an Internal Sales Executive.

Building valuable long term relationships with our customers, you will aim to increase business whilst striving to provide the highest levels of service at all times. Meeting and exceeding set sales targets, you will deal with quotations, take orders from customers and follow up on enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities to include:-
- Making daily calls to generate repeat orders, ensuring all orders are captured, and opportunities are taken to maximise sales and margin through range extensions, own brand etc.
- Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within defined portfolio against targets working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, whether that is telesales, account management or call centre customer service.

You will have a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service, you will have great communication skills and be used to working towards targets. It is imperative that you are confident, target driven and self-motivated allowing you to work well within a team and on your own initiative.

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the role:-
- Previous experience within a similar sales / account management role
- Proficient IT user, including MS Office
- Clear and concise communication skills
- The ability to talk to a variety of different people
- Administration skills, demonstrating numeracy and literacy
- Hungry to progress career and earning potentials
