Job description

The Business Development Executive reports to the Executive Director of Operations and is responsible for identifying potential new customers and meeting targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the UK.

Main Responsibilities: - Identify potential new customers and meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Coordinate sales activities between the UK branch and Company Group
- Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Lead solution development for customer needs, in coordination with operations
- Identification and winning of new customers to meet agreed targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- After sales activities for Customer meetings, and events
- Analysis of markets, competition and developments
- Support in mid- and long-term strategy development

Duties:- Must be able to attend courses/seminars
- Maintain a level of awareness required for Aviation Security
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the Executive Operations Director
- Personally responsible for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and others that may be effected by your acts, emissions and omissions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Planning, handling and documenting of negotiations, reporting meetings and similar
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

The candidate:- Relevant business experience in managing of customer relations, new business development and strong computer skills
- Experience in logistics is desirable
- High sales affinity, negotiation skills, and excellent presentation skills
- Independent and structured work ethic
- Demonstrable experience in sales and account management
- Extremely high communication and cooperation skills and a winning positive attitude
- Sales oriented, analytic mindset
- Fluent in English
- Good economic knowledge
- Focused, engaging and friendly manner
