REMOTE ACCOUNT MANAGER - Ref ID#90650


Temporary Contract - Maternity Cover

A vacancy now arises for a Remote Account Manager to cover maternity leave for 12 months.
Your role will optimise asset performance across the UK LBO/Casino es-tate, by conducting effective reviews of customer performance, interrogat-ing data and taking action to utilise all opportunities and maximise perfor-mance.

You will support the UK LBO/casino account management team to provide an effective customer service to our B2/B3 estate through reportage, con-tent updates, service queries, promotions and campaign management.

You will have a number of responsibilities including:

Primarily the role is a desk based account management role, however, travel and flexibility for meetings, training and exhibitions will be required.
Management of promotional activity on UK customers such as Cam-paigns and tournaments.
To manage, setup, and activate all applicable promotions related to cam-paign management and fortune codes. Ensure all campaigns are set up correctly and have completed the sign off process both internally and ex-ternally.
To grow incomes through pro-active activity and re-active use of ma-chine management data and scheduled reports.
To build customer confidence and promote the benefits of functionalities and products which INGG provide.
To support the Account Management team in ensuring contractual obli-gations are achieved within the UK LBO estate.
To provide another point of interface in addition to the account director to manage, resolve, or escalate any queries or problems and identify to the relevant resolver group and liaise with them effectively until resolution.
To proactively manage content release schedule information to all cus-tomer bases and all relevant points of contact.
To manage reportage requirements and sharepoint, and liaise with BI and Insight to provide information to enable Inspired and their customers to product strategic machine plans for the estate.

The successful candidate will:

Possess and display good keyboard and IT literacy skills.
Good communication skills and telephone manner
Ability to work alone, and as part of a team
Experience of achieving and exceeding targets
Good numeracy skills
Commercially aware
Flexibility in working hours
Able to work under pressure
Self Motivator
