Job description

To assist the Admissions Office in providing high quality support to prospective and current applicants through a professional, friendly and efficient information and enquiries service.

Key responsibilities and objectives of the job.- To provide a high quality, first point of contact and information service to prospective and current applicants to King's, with an emphasis on a proactive and welcoming approach to all enquirers.
- To accurately input data to relevant systems including recording enquiries and responses on the relevant system, in order to support the Admissions Manager (Operations) to produce statistical management information.
- To have sufficient understanding of Admissions Office procedures, programmes, prospectuses and literature to answer enquiries accurately and ensuring that, if you cannot deal personally with the enquiry, you direct the enquirer to the appropriate person or take ownership of the enquiry and investigate the appropriate course of action.
- To assist in the continuing development of Admissions Office processes and customer service by reporting any problems within the service and contribute ideas for improvement.

This role is based at our Service Centre near Newquay in Cornwall but will require occasional travel to London.
