Senior/Principal Business Change and Transformation Recruitment Consultant - Permanent

Opus Professional Services Group are going through a huge transition of growth (currently tracking at over 60% for 2016) and are looking for an experienced Business Change and Transformation recruiter to join the team at a senior level in our core IT brand, Opus Recruitment Solutions
After a really successful 2016 we are in a position to invest heavily into senior level consultants who have the potential to spearhead new offices, manage high performance teams and develop into exceptional billers (our top performer last year billed 1.2 Million!). We have a strong budget to offer attractive packages, development training (to include leadership programs, emotional intelligence, solution selling courses etc), opportunities to relocate internationally (we are already in New York, LA, Sydney and Amsterdam with San Fran opening this Q and several others in the pipeline) and enhanced benefits packages for the right person.

Role: As a Senior/Principal Business Change and Transformation Consultant you will be responsible for new business generation, building/maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and becoming a vertical market specialist. We will be looking to develop you into a team lead role and a future director with 1-2 years.

Requirements: As an Senior/Principal Business Change and Transformation Consultant you will have 12 months minimum experience on either a permanent or contract desk. You will be responsible for your own billings, this is a 360 recruitment role where you will bring on new clients and develop/maintain strong relationships whilst also dealing with candidates. Experience of working within the Business Change and Transformation market would be advantageous however previous recruitment experience in any sector would be considered. This opportunity will ideally suit an experienced Consultant looking for career development in to a leadership/management role.

We are looking for consultants with a mature, self driven approach as we really will give you the flexibility to be in charge of your own desk. You will have solid commercial acumen and the ambition and drive to develop new client relationships with the continual support of a successful and ambitious company. You will have a persuasive personality with good communication, written, verbal and presentation skills.

Salary and benefits:

Your basic pay will depend on your previous experience and personal billings. This will rise every quarter you hit target as well as with each promotion.
