LOCATION: Watford Village near Northampton, Northamptonshire
JOB TITLE: Member Support / Customer Service Advisor
SALARY and BENEFITS: circa 19k
WORKING HOURS: Full Time - Monday to Friday

THE COMPANY: Our client are specialists in time critical pallet deliveries through a nationwide network of members. The Member Support / Customer Service Advisor's play a pivotal role within the business managing the integrity of our client's members through proactive reporting and professional approach. Our client's aim is to ensure the highest level of service and communication is achieved at all times.

THE ROLE: As a Member Support / Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will primarily focus around the reporting and the day to day management of Network and Corporate account performance. You will build strong relationships with Customers and Network Member Partners and ensure that at all times the reporting and communication is proactive and professional

Key Responsibilities for the Member Support / Customer Service Advisor's role in Watford Village near Northampton, Northamptonshire include:

- Manage day to day interaction with specific accounts and build relationships
- Manage and respond to telephone and email queries in a timely manner
- Make scheduled calls to ensure customer receive the best possible service
- Produce Network Service League tables and challenge poor service
- Proactively monitor service and identify trends as we continually look to improve
- Document all complaints and ensure that each complaint is properly investigated, the client receives a response and lasting corrective action is taken
- Ensure KPI reports are updated for key customer accounts

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Member Support / Customer Service Advisor's role must have previous experience working in a customer service or account management role and be heavily focused in providing excellent customer service and advice. You should have experience handling customer service queries or complaints, be a proactive person who can work well on your own and have good IT skills. Ability to communicate well both written and verbal, as well as ability to work well in a team are essential. Although not essential, previous experience working in the Distribution or Transport industry would be desirable.

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Member Support / Customer Service Advisor's role in Watford Village near Northampton, Northamptonshire :-

- Previous experience working in a customer service or account management role essential
- Must have experience handling queries and complaints and be heavily focused in providing excellent customer service
- Good IT skills are essential
- Ability to be self motivated and capable of handling many tasks simultaneously is essential
- Previous experience working in the Distribution or Transport industry would be an advantage
