Description: As a Marketing Analyst at Pitney Bowes, you will be an integral part of the marketing analytics team based in our Hatfield office. You will thrive on immersing yourself in all aspects of a rapidly evolving B2B marketing analytics landscape, including exposure to Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Cognos, R, Tableau, SAS, SQL and Adobe Analytics. You will deliver with precision. You see opportunities where others see challenges. Build. Deploy. Bridge. Grow. Reporting to the Marketing Analytics Manager (BI and Campaign Analytics). The Marketing Analytics team work with global and cross-functional marketing stakeholders. The team you will be working with are responsible for supporting key marketing campaigns and improving marketing campaign performance globally for the European region. You will work with large data sets on a diverse set of interesting problems in an area that has tremendous business impact. Key Responsibilities: * Execute and Measure campaign and marketing performance by creating reports, dashboards and scorecards (including the web) for a range of key Stakeholders * Collaborate with a team of external/offshore analytics resources * Develop and execute campaign measurement and analysis, test designs, ad-hoc analysis, design of complex projects as well as articulate the results/insights and analyses to internal clients. * Lead projects to analyze data from across the business data ecosystem using advanced statistical tools and techniques to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for marketing optimization or opportunities for growth * Maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in servicing and supporting campaign data, lead management, and marketing list management * Works with LOB/Region marketing strategy and planning, Product Marketing, IMC, and Marketing Operations to develop, execute, and measure high performing marketing campaigns * Create and maintain reports that measure marketing activities and detail their effectiveness and business impact * Lead projects to develop and execute campaign measurement and analysis, test designs, ad-hoc analysis, design of complex projects as well as articulate the results/insights and analyses to internal clients * Help to manage analyses that move beyond an explanation of 'what happened' to 'why it happened' and 'what should be done'. Turn observations into insights, insights into recommended actions and ultimately developing strategy and campaign optimization. * Collaborate with other members of the Marketing Analytics team to work on advanced analytics and big data projects in order to drive higher marketing performance. Qualification: * Previous proven marketing analytics work experience preferably within a matrixed organisation * Experience working in a B2B marketing environment, either on the client or agency side. Experience in web analytics and digital marketing is a plus. * Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Power Point and Excel. * Preferred experience with Salesforce including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. * Exposure to analytics tools such as SAS, R, Cognos, SQL, Tableau, SPSS, Rapid Miner, Adobe Analytics (Omniture) etc. * Solid analytical skills and technical problem solving abilities with optimal mix of mathematics, statistics, marketing, business sense, and strong visualization and communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations of complex business issues to senior executives * Strong project management and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in order to meet timelines. * Attention to detail and focus on excellence in work product delivery * Collaborates to build alliances across functions and geographies. Tech savvy. Quantitative and qualitative analytic skills. * Expertise in helping teams develop predictive modeling tools, insight and knowledge from raw numeric and unstructured data. Qualifications preferred Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative field like data science and statistics. MBA or other graduate degree is a plus.
