Technical Solutions Sales Specialist - Networks and Storage - Birmingham
Spring Technology is currently working in partnership with a prestigious client in Sheffield to recruit an established Technical Solutions Sales Specialist. You will be responsible for the development of sales of designated technical products and solutions in an established account, market sector or product-line. You will be an expert at negotiating at a high level and be confident in building relationships with senior corporate contacts.
You will be joining an established and UK market leading FTSE 100 Company with a history of providing IT Services. Our client is recognised industry wide for its innovation and development and is keen to bring on board a Technical Solutions Sales Specialist who can grow existing business, create new opportunities and develop existing relationships.
*Data Centre and Cloud solutions
*Networking and Security
*Collaboration applications and end user computing provision
*Managed solutions and support
*Responsibility for the revenues and customer satisfaction across a defined client base
*Manage, deliver and exceed targets, KPI's and other set targets such as T and S budgets and Debt
*To own and drive a sales business plan to meet and exceed targets to include defence of existing revenues and growth of new profitable revenue.
*To understand in detail the elements of the company portfolio they are accountable for selling along with the associated systems and processes that support the end to end Sales cycle.
*To understand the breadth of the services portfolio to a sufficient level to generate quality opportunities and to follow the latest trends and developments in these areas (and our competition)
*To drive a high level of customer satisfaction and advocacy within client base through personal activity and that of their virtual and wider team.
*To successfully develop and execute sales plans in order to retain existing business and develop and grow new profitable revenue.
*To successfully deploy, execute and review Account Development Plans for their key clients.
*To define, develop and own customer relationships and customer contact strategy.
*To define and develop peer and executive relationships with the virtual teams and wider company and to collaborate and lead the team effectively for client and business benefit.
*Deliver campaigns and events to help deliver revenue growth targets
*Ensure accurate and timely management of CRM systems
*Experience of selling IT services and solutions
*Experience of working with Vendors, ie Cisco, HP, Microsoft
*Can demonstrate experience of CXO level engagement and driving thought leadership
*Excellent commercial and financial acumen
*Proven track record in delivering YOY Sales growth in similar role
*Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
*Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
*Proven success in leading a virtual team
*Happy to travel and be an agile worker
