Job description

This is an opportunity to join a pro-active, exclusive supplier of engineering finishing tools. Their highly experienced team are the UK's only dedicated specialists in their field.

They are currently seeking an internal BDM. Professional at all times and acting as the first point of contact for the company your primary function will be B2B lead generation and qualify appointments for their external sales team. You will initially be provided with a contact list of potential clients to telephone and email to ascertain if their range of products would suit the clients needs. There will be no direct selling involved with this role however you will be targeted and paid commission (uncapped) based on performance.

Once you have settled into your role you will be expected to generate your own call list using their lead generation database and handle the sales process from the initial data sourcing up to the point of booking in a demonstration, your target is based on quality not quantity!

Whilst the full-time position is office based in Norwich you will be required to attend a few trade shows within the UK, which will involve working away from home. The company will cover all travel expenses, over night accommodation and you will be given a daily allowance to cover any additional costs. There also may be a requirement once or twice a year for travel to Europe for manufacturing meetings as you progress within the company, so flexibility will be required.

You will receive full training and support throughout your career at the company with a view to progression, development and promotion within the company.

Basic Salary 17,000 to 23,000 (dependant on experience.)

Monday-Friday 8.30am-17.00pm

25 days paid holiday per annum
