Willis Towers Watson's Technology and Administration Solutions (TAS) is a global line of business whose revenue is primarily driven from providing outsourced pension administration services to occupational pension funds. Our three largest markets are Germany, UK and US. We have worked with some of the world's leading organizations for over 25 years to provide benefit administration and outsourcing to over five million participants across the globe.

The Role

We are looking for more people to assist in the configuration and maintenance of our self-service pensions website product. The site enables plan members to manage their retirement benefits online.

A new, python based, version of the product is now being deployed for our clients. The position will involve the configuration of both the existing and new versions.

Apply your skills as a member of a dedicated, focused team that prides itself on excellence. This position requires a passion for exceeding client expectations and a desire to add that bit extra. The role involves the configuration of the options within the site to meet each client's requirements. This is achieved by the setting of configuration data and files.


The role involves:-- Configuring the web site to each clients requirements, working with Client Management team and other team members

The successful candidate will have experience in a customer focused environment.

The Requirements

Required Skills and Experience-

The essential skills/experience for this position are:
- Experience of working under pressure whilst still delivering a top quality service.

- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong time management skills.

- Participates in technical training programs and self-directed learning. Stays informed of new technology.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Desirable skills are:- Entry level programming skills in HTML, CSS. JAVASCRIPT, SQL, PYTHON

- Unix command line knowledge
- Oracle Database experience
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Experience in providing client support
- Experience of pensions.

- Knowledge of Benefit Connect UK an advantage
