Sales Operations Specialist - SaaS Vendor - London

The Company

An exciting SaaS Technology Vendor with an inspirational leadership team and strong financial backing. Already recognised as an Industry Leader in their space, this organisation is growing from strength to strength having recently raised a significant round of VC funding. Their pioneering SaaS technology platform is used by an ever-expanding global list of customers.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, an opening has arisen for a Sales Operations Executive to join the team at a critical stage in their growth:

Key responsibilities will include:- As a key member of Sales Operations, partner with teams across the business to help enable improvements in operational processes across the sales organisation
- Own the onboarding of the new CPQ tool and associated processes
- Design and execute detailed plans and timelines to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership


The Candidate

The successful Sales Operations Specialist will bring the following skills and experience: - Previous experience in a similar sales operations executive, analyst or manager role in a SaaS business
- Strong analytical skills and effective decision making ability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload across multiple demands and meet deadlines professionally whilst maintaining a sense of humour!
- Experience of working closely with cross functional teams during a period of progressive change and growth and communicating clearly around key milestones and highlighting risks and dependencies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced global organisation preferred
