The Job

You will be joining an AV team who are close knit, fun and independent team. They work across TV, VOD, Cinema, Sponsorships, Partnerships, Broadcast, and Video planning and buying. The team work across over 45 million for their clients, both UK and international campaigns.

As the AV Account Manager you will work closely with this giant in media publishing delivering innovative media across TV, Radio, Cinema, Partnerships, Sponsorships, and VOD.

You will be responsible for delivering required buying results and mentoring and developing more junior members of the team.

You- Expert AV knowledge and buying experience (TV, Radio, Cinema, Partnerships, Sponsorships, and VOD)
- Able to demonstrate advanced understanding of media market dynamics and trading/ negotiation skills
- Able to execute plans brilliantly at an implementational level
- Able to Co-ordinate the pulling together of relevant PCA data for client feedback and audits
- Possess the ability to interrogate a brief and deliver an innovative plan within budget
- Have excellent relationships with media owners
- 2.5 years relevant experience
- Familiar with a range of media technology
- Understanding of media planning tools such as Comscore and TGI
- Comfortable talking about the range media creative formats and opportunities in the market
- A people-person with ability to communicate to those at all levels who will have various levels of digital knowledge
- Hands on, with problem solving abilities and a "can do" approach (someone who is a thinker and a doer)
