Job Opportunity - Marketing and Social Media Manager

Location - Central London

Salary - 30,000 -35,000

Start Date - ASAP

My client is a premium boutique office space company and provider for leading companies. They are looking to bring in a successful and driven Marketing and Social Media Manager to their growing team. They have a very exciting client audience, having established a strong presence in the advertising agency, recruitment agency and fashion houses circle.

The Marketing and Social Media Manager will be responsible for the following activities:

Content and Marketing Creation

Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc)


Website and App development

Commercial Strategy

Event Management

The company is looking to hire the Marketing and Social Media Manager to support a period of growth for the business, as the company focuses more strategically on content, then sharing and amplifying through the marketing and social media channels. The business is in the process of becoming much more social media driven, engaging with new and existing clients, which has resulted in a 50% increase in turnover.

The role:

- Reporting into the Directors of the business, you will work on strategic social media marketing content and social media engagement.

- Daily management of clients, including strategic planning

About you:

- You will ideally be experienced to account manager level or similar, with 3 years' experience either working for a marketing/advertising agency, or in a similar role client-side, preferably within the shared office workspace area.

- Strong experience in strategically working with content creation and social media, and familiarity with social media, content curation, analytics tools and marketing management.

- Solid experience in some area of technical B2B is important as are good writing and proofing skills.

- An understanding of digital marcoms (websites, SEO, email campaigns) is desirable.

- Some experience of the work space and office share sector would be beneficial but not essential.

- Proven client management skills and experience in planning and budgeting.

- A go getter attitude, with a real drive for success.
