Senior Account Manager (Digital) - Up to 40,000



A leading creative agency is on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to join the team. The agency work with clients from a wide range of sectors including retail, FMCG and lifestyle brands, creating digital assets across web, social, and content as well as activation, PR and integrated projects and campaigns. They are a highly strategic, creative agency, always looking for new platforms they can utilise for their clients.



As Senior Account Manager you will work closely with the agencies clients, helping them understand how the agency can help them achieve their business goals, building agency/client relations and making sure all projects are completed within the client brief. You will work closely with the Project Management team, making sure all elements of project delivery run smoothly, feeding back to the client and making sure they are kept updated throughout the production process.



The role will also require helping clients put together a marketing strategy, helping them understand how a multi-platform approach involving digital, PR, search, activation and integrated campaigns can work together, helping them understand the services the agency can provide and how they can be of benefit. Ideally, candidates will be extremely comfortable fronting digital, social and content campaigns as these are at the forefront of the agencies work.



Candidates will need agency experience in a client facing role, as well as an understanding or experience of project management, or at least the delivery process of agency campaigns. The agency is looking for creative, strategic Account Manager who is looking to work on exciting, forward thinking projects for their clients.



Responsibilities include:


- Client management, retaining and growth of accounts
- Passion for creative solutions, exciting new projects
- Pitching and new business development, strategic input for clients
- Managing client expectations throughout the production process
- Managing the delivery of digital projects
- Effective resource management
- Budgeting, cost, scoping etc
- Understanding of multi-platform campaigns
- Strong digital background - web, app, social, content
- Up to date with emerging tech and new trends and creative solutions




Requirements include:


- 3 years digital PM / AM Experience
- Comfortable leading a team
- Well organised, process driven
- Ability to gain clients trust
- Enthusiasm, passion for digital tech
- Proposal and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
