Job description




To co-ordinate the day to day management of an online portal for a leading UK automotive. Producing and interrogating system reports and handling client queries this person needs to be well organized and self motivated. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, ideally with previous experience.

Key Objectives
Administer clients weekly reporting requirements from the online portal (including budget analysis and media reports)
Carefully checking and approving retailer bookings via the online portal
Developing reports and presentations to represent industry share of voice and drawing conclusions against key competitors
Developing monthly billing reports for the client based on online portal usage
Quoting and processing bespoke creative briefs through the agency from the field team
Assisting with monthly and quarterly performance reports (standard monthly and additional reports after key client events)
Providing support and handling queries via the online portal help-desk
Understanding and logging system issues and development requirements of the online portal with the supplier to ensure a satisfactory resolution for the client
Attending regular meetings and conference calls with the online portal suppliers to manage key tasks and agree key development areas
Assisting with the quarterly update of creative materials on the online portal, including administering the agency studio process and testing of the materials
Draft timing plans and material lists to assist in ensuring all deadlines are achieved in line with clients expectations
Be able to build a good relationship with the client, account management
