Customer Success Executive

This is an opportunity to be part of an increasingly growing global leading technology organisation, real pioneers within the Consumer Insights and Market Research space. Hosting over 20 million active consumers across a third of the world's countries, this insights exchange platform has been the answer to the success of some of the planets biggest brands across FMCG, Retail and Technology and sharing consumer data with some of the largest consultancies in the world!

With an extremely successful 2016, the sales outfit is growing and the key focus is delivering a world class customer success outfit, in the view to create strategic opportunities and solution selling for new business.

In this role you will be responsible for On-boarding new clients and demonstrating the platform, building relationships through client training. This will provide you with the chance to identify and unlock upselling opportunities as well as one to one platform sales. You will be responsible for driving account growth and delivering on various projects, ultimately closing them.

This position very much overlaps with Sales, Technology and project support teams and will significantly improve customer retention and customer share of spend.

The ideal candidate for this position may have graduated and/or has worked within a data insights, consumer insights, or market research type organisation for 1 or 2 years.

London based, however the role will offer you the chance to travel within the UK and Europe to meet with clients and manage relationships.

The role will offer a competitive basic salary and realistic and achievable commission plan for the right individual.
