RTB Senior Account Executive - Leading Agency - 30,000- 45,000

The Company

Our client is an international marketing agency with a holistic approach to creativity, technology and media to bring the right message to the right people at the right time.

Our client has specialist units across its global group of 450 experts working seamlessly together as one team to offer; Search Engine Marketing (SEO and PPC), Display Advertising, Affiliate, Analytics, Data Mining, Social Media, CRM Intelligence, Mobile, Online Video, Website Development, Special Projects, Consultancy and Creatives to clients such as Europcar and Disneyland Resort Paris.

The Job- You will build campaigns and strategies for our clients established client base, and will be expected to take responsibility for your own work and outcomes.
- You will be driven to implement and maintain medium to large cross channel campaigns, working to monthly deadlines and adhering to budgets.
- You will also be introduced to social ads and help clients to understand the programmatic landscape and optimisations. This is the ideal role for someone looking to extend their current RTB role with a fast moving, international organisation.
- Traffic all campaign requests for clients
- Create and maintain project plans to update clients on status of campaigns
- Provide frequent progress reports to clients utilizing standard and custom performance metrics
- Work closely with internal teams

You - We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years' experience in this type of role, who can demonstrate a solid understanding of programmatic and use of a range of RTB tools and ad serving tools/software. This role will work in our established Display channel; however, there is scope to develop across our social channel, so this would suit a candidate who is keen to develop their digital skills further.
- An analytical mind, the ability to think strategically and problem solving skills are a must. You will be providing detailed reporting and insights critical to our campaign management. You should have good documentation skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess the ability to converse well with others, providing consultation, support and feedback to clients and team members in a clear and understandable way.
