Hebrew Speaking Account Strategist (DIRECT SALES AND AGENCY SALES) Google/Capita

26K plus OTE


Relocation fee outside the UK of 500

If you already knowand understand Google Adwords - you could make a great addition to the Google sales team at Capita. Google and Capita: Capita is the UK's largest outsourcing solutions provider - we've being working successfully in partnership with Google since 2007. Capita is the only organisation in the UK working on behalf of Google to help new advertisers start and optimise their campaigns, via Adwords and related products. Due to the success of our partnership over the last few years, we're now expanding the team and exploring more commercial opportunities in digital advertising

The role: Focusing on advertising agency clients, you'll work closely alongside our telesales Account Executives to develop new business and maximising revenue growth for Adwords.

You will be using your knowledge of PPC campaigns to help understand and find answers to clients' needs and business issues. You will also play an active role in finding creative ways to strengthen relationships with agencies and cross sell and up sell successfully.

Training and Progression: A big plus in this role is the ongoing training and support that's provided directly to you by Google - there are regular training updates to keep your skills and knowledge right up to date. We've also invested in our own development programme with an award-winning consultancy to grow our own managers and leaders from within.

Rewards: There's an excellent pay and bonus structure. With an uncapped bonus, an OTE of over 35k is very achievable. Our top performers achieve as much was 45k.

The requirements:


You may have an interest in ppc advertising or you have proven experience in workin in a similar role the past

You need to be an ambitious, target-driven sales professional with experience in outbound IT/digital B2B sales - or advertising/media. Adwords and campaign management knowledge is a must.

You'll have a natural consultative sales approach with the ability to form, maintain and nurture a business relationship.

Initiative, confidence, enthusiasm and energy are all a must. You should be keen to deliver fresh, innovative campaign ideas - and to use your knowledge of social media apps.
