Job description

OTS Solutions is a global company in providing Software services and solutions since past 14 years ( ) . As part of our expansion plan in New York, we look for enthusiastic business development specialist. The person must have, Experience and background in B2B IT or Software Sales Understanding of relationship and B2B selling Excellent in communication skills Understanding of sales process Extensive knowledge of using online tools like LinkedIn, CRM etc. Great connections on LinkedIn Attitude to achieve and beat sales targets Connections within IT departments of mid to large companies around tri-state area will be preferred. Selected candidate will have these duties to perform, Planning and running email / cold reach campaigns Generate leads and prospects Attend meetups and trade events to make new prospect connections Using CRM / ERP of the company to report updates Coordinate with pre-sales / operations team to provide proposals Plan and report sales activities on all opportunities Travel and commute in NY and tri-state area regularly Take part in pre-sales calls Learn new technologies on concept level to be able to sell into market Try and monitor success using A/B testing on various campaigns The job would have a low base with an uncapped amazing incentive structure. The selected candidate should be comfortable as will be needed to travel extensively. All sales related travel and expenses will be paid for. We are open to work from home candidates who can show dedication and produce results.?
