About the Opportunity:- Professionally represent Sunrun inside partner retail stores as an informed solar advocate and ambassador to our vision. It takes resilience, people skills, selfmotivation and teamwork to be successful.
- With extensive sales, product and marketing training, you will create awareness of the Sunrun brand and educate potential customers about our services.
- Competitive compensation package with unlimited upside potential including base pay, performance incentives and commissions.

Responsibilities:- Engage in conversations with consumers, qualify homes for solar
- Schedule inhome consultations with field sales counterparts.
- Support multiple retail store locations with assigned territory.
- Meet team and individual sales goals set each month.
- Collaborate with Solar Consultants to help qualify leads, design systems, and close deals.
- Report sales activities and insights in real time on a company provided iPad.

Requirements- 2 years of prior experience in a quota-driven sales position highly preferred.
- Work schedule is optimized for retail results: Must be able to work full time Wed to Sun.
- Proficient with technology including wifi, email, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Obsessive about providing a great customer experience.

Bonus Points:- Prior lead generation or relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Demonstrated resilience and achievement in prior roles.
- Familiarity with working in big box or warehouse retail environments.
