Job description

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000

Key Responsibilities- Sales enablement leveraging systems/tools, work closely with the field to help craft and execute named-account penetration strategies at the C-level. You will support sales throughout a highly complex buying process with custom persona-based content including personalized messaging, collateral, RFI/RFP responses,
- Product launch support and/or drive product launches and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Market intelligence be an expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on any emerging competition and how to crush them
- General support key marketing relationships with analysts, media, industry thought leaders, company advisory board members, customer champions, etc. as a virtual executive.

Product Marketing Manager/Director

$140-180K San Mateo - 3 days office based 2 days remote - As a product marketing leader, you will have broad ownership of go-to-market strategies and tactics for a cloud based Investment and Financial Lifecycle Management tool for the energy space
- Drive and Account Based Marketing Program - Harpooning whales as opposed to fishing for leads
- Manage Sales Enablement Analysis and Collateral Development with emphasis on specific messaging and interpreting and responding to analytics
- Persona development architect
- Right hand to SVP and CEO moving away from traditional inbound and outbound marketing to a highly strategic and targeted approach


The ideal candidate will have:- 5-10 years of software product marketing experience, Recent SaaS experience a MUST
- Account-based marketing skills and experience understanding and supporting large/complex true enterprise-wide multi-year deals.
- Extensive experience and exposure to C-level/persona marketing strategies and tactics
- Good financial acumen, experience with SaaS Financial analytics software a big plus
- Very strong written communication skills
- High-level of comfort leveraging marketing automation tools and exercising advanced functionality (specifically Salesforce, Pardot, Engagio stack)
- Flexibility/ability to thrive in a high-expectation, fluid, fast-paced, cloud technology start-up environment
- Exposure, understanding and/or experience with CEB marketing best practices and insights
- EMEA marketing and launguge skills a plus
- Development of colateral for video production
